Artificial Intelligence is transforming electrical contracting鈥攅specially in the office. To equip teams with the tools to stay ahead, 大象传媒-Meadows Corporation hosted a multi-session 鈥淚ntro to AI鈥� training with Dynaimix AI. Held at the Electrical Training Institute in City of Industry, CA, this event gave office professionals across MMC the opportunity to gain hands-on experience with the AI tools shaping the future of work.

Due to the size of the company, training was split into three sessions, with the first two taking place during the week of December 8. The focus: making AI approachable, role-specific, and directly applicable to day-to-day responsibilities in procurement, estimating, engineering, and project management.

Session Highlights:

Day One: Custom GPTs + AI Productivity Frameworks
Participants learned how to build internal GPTs to assist with procurement workflows鈥攕earching, analyzing, and comparing specs for equipment orders. Custom frameworks also showed how to rate and score project bids with greater speed and objectivity.

Day Two: Prompting, Submittals & AI Vision
The second session focused on advanced prompting techniques, cleaning up submittals with AI, and automating repetitive workflows. Attendees explored how to use AI Vision tools to scan and tag jobsite photos, and even started with a creative warm-up鈥攇enerating AI images related to their field.
